Technovent (LSR) Silicone Systems

Liquid silicone rubbers (LSRs) used for creating the prosthetic
piece are of paramount importance. Technovent manufactures M511 Addition
specialist silicone formulations which meet the exacting (Platinum) Silicone
requirements of the maxillofacial technician. Our silicones are Rubber
renowned worldwide for their excellent properties including 1kg 500g
work time, viscosity, tear strength and hardness. Versatile silicone designed and manufactured
specifically for facial prosthetics.
10:1 cure system.
Standard cure hardness approx: Shore A 25.
Standard work time approx. 1 hour.
Cure with heat under pressure.
Can be used in conjunction with M513
Softening Agent (Shore A 15-20) and M510
Gel Catalyst.
