High Consistency (HCR) Silicone Systems
The longer polymeric chains coupled with the higher filler
loading generally results in cross-linked HCR silicones having
enhanced physical properties over LSRs.
Due to their high consistency they need to be processed using
a two roll mill before being sculpted into shape
